Pricing
It depends on scope, but our starting points are: UI/UX design from RM3,500, a web app or platform from RM6,000, and a mobile app from RM8,000. Most small-business projects land between RM8,000 and RM25,000. You always get a fixed written quote before any work starts — we do not bill by surprise.
Project work is typically 50% deposit to begin and the balance on delivery, unless your quote sets different milestones. Invoices are due within 14 days. Courses and digital products are paid in full at checkout. Everything is in Malaysian Ringgit.
Yes. For larger projects we usually split payment across 3–4 milestones tied to deliverables — for example design sign-off, first working build, and launch. It keeps risk low on both sides.
Yes, and it is optional. After the free post-launch support window, you can take a monthly care plan covering updates, monitoring, backups and small changes — or you can take the code and run it yourself. We do not lock you in.
Process
A focused marketing site is typically 2–4 weeks. A web platform or mobile app is usually 6–12 weeks depending on scope. We give you a timeline with your quote, and you see progress on a staging link from the first week.
A conversation about the problem you are solving, any brand assets you already have, and one person on your side who can give feedback and sign off decisions. We handle everything else — hosting, domains, deployment, app-store submission.
Yes. You get a private staging link from week one and a demo each week. Giving feedback early is much cheaper than changing things after launch, so we make it easy to do.
Tell us. Small refinements within the agreed scope are normal and included. Anything that genuinely expands scope gets quoted separately, and you decide whether to proceed — no work happens without your approval.
Ownership
You do. On final payment we transfer the source code, designs, repositories and accounts to you. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing internal tools and libraries, and you get a perpetual licence to use them inside your project.
Yes, happily. Send yours over before sharing anything sensitive, or ask us and we will provide one. We also keep any project off our public portfolio if you ask us to.
Defects in the delivered scope are fixed free for 30 days after go-live. Beyond that, you can take a maintenance plan or call us as needed. We do not walk away at handover.
Tell us early and we will put it right — that is what the weekly review cycle is for. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope and cannot fix it in reasonable time, you are refunded for the undelivered portion. Full details are on our refunds page.
Working with us
We are based in Malaysia and work with clients across the country and beyond. Most work is done remotely with video calls and a shared staging link; we can meet in person where it makes sense.
English and Bahasa Melayu — meetings, documentation and training in whichever you prefer. Several of our courses are taught in Bahasa Melayu.
Mostly Laravel and Livewire for web platforms, Flutter and installable PWAs for mobile, and conventional, well-documented code throughout. We deliberately avoid exotic stacks so any competent developer can maintain your project after us.
Often, yes. We will review the existing codebase first and tell you honestly whether it is better to continue it or rebuild — including when the honest answer costs us the bigger job.
Yes — casual, arcade and puzzle games, including educational games for schools. Game scope varies enormously, so these are always quoted individually. Talk to us about what you have in mind.
Academy
Both. Some are live online classes with a fixed schedule and a limited number of seats; others are self-paced with lifetime access. Each course page states which it is.
Yes — completed courses issue a verifiable certificate with a unique reference you or an employer can check on our site.
Yes. We run tailored workshops for teams, either on your codebase or on a curriculum we design with you. Training starts from RM250 per person depending on format and group size.
