Refund Policy
Last updated 27 July 2026
We would rather fix a problem than keep money from an unhappy customer. This page sets out exactly when you get a refund, so you never have to guess.
Live classes and consultations
- Cancel more than 7 days before the session — full refund, no questions.
- Cancel 3–7 days before — 50% refund, or move to a later date at no cost.
- Cancel less than 3 days before, or do not attend — no refund, because the seat was held and the trainer's time was booked. You may send a colleague in your place.
- If we cancel or reschedule — you choose: a full refund or a free move to another date.
Self-paced courses
- 14-day refund window from purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the lessons.
- Past that point the material has substantially been delivered, so we cannot refund it.
- If the course is not what the description promised, tell us within the window and we will refund it in full.
Digital products and downloads
- Because files are delivered instantly, downloads are generally non-refundable.
- Exception: if a file is corrupt, incomplete, or materially different from its description, we will replace it or refund it in full. Tell us within 14 days.
Project work
- Deposits are non-refundable once discovery or design work has started, because that time is already spent.
- If you cancel mid-project, you pay for work completed to that point; anything paid beyond that is returned.
- If we fail to deliver agreed scope and cannot put it right in reasonable time, you get a refund for the undelivered portion.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with your order or booking reference.
- Tell us briefly what went wrong — it helps us fix it for the next person.
- We acknowledge within 2 working days and decide within 7 working days.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 working days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost us a fee and take weeks to resolve, and in almost every case a direct refund is faster for you.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Malaysian consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999 where it applies.
