Learning to recite the Quran needs correction — someone who listens and points out where the pronunciation slipped. An app that only displays the text does not solve that; it moves the book onto a screen and stops there.

The challenge was structuring the learning so it follows how a teacher actually teaches: in stages, with repetition, and somewhere to mark progress.

Structure mattered more than features.

Material is ordered by how it is learned rather than by the order of the mushaf. A student sees one thing at a time, and the screen does not offer ten other buttons to wander into.

It was built phone-first because that is where it gets used — on a prayer mat, not at an office desk.
